With a busy week filled with a few family members in the hospital, we needed a family day. We were supposed to head to Fort Wayne for my sisters baby shower, and due to the health issues in Serge's family we decided it would be best to stay home. Our town has an annual Truck or Treat for the kids. They bring out all the city trucks and the kids dress up and trick or treat to each truck. They also allow the kids to climb in and "drive" the trucks. Nathan is getting some more teeth so we stayed home while Serge and Nick went to the event. We also went to the pumpkin farm, Nathan's first pumpkin farm. It was a little cold and windy but the boys trooped it out and we had a great (and much needed) family day.. Wednesday Serge's mom is headed in for quadruple bypass surgery, please keep her in your prayers for a speedy recovery.
